The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, or commonly referred to as steam cleaning. Carpets Plus hot water extraction removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. The hot water is injected safely into your carpet and then a powerful suction extracts the deep-down dirt, allergens and cleaning solution leaving your carpets nice and clean.
A light vacuum is recommended but not required. As we clean, our equipment vacuums the entire time it cleans.

We prefer that the furniture is moved before hand, but we would be more than happy to help move anything that you are unable to move by yourself!
Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. On average, it takes up to 8 hours for your carpet to dry completely. Carpets dry faster with good air flow. We double extract your carpet which makes drying time shorter.
